Article R141-8 of the French Tourism Code

For the application of article L. 141-2, a Government Commissioner is appointed to the French Tourist Development Agency by order of the Minister for Tourism.

The Government Commissioner attends meetings of the Agency’s Board of Directors and is heard whenever he or she so requests.

Within ten days of the meeting, the Government Commissioner is notified of the minutes of the deliberations of the Board of Directors.

The Government Commissioner may attend the deliberative and consultative bodies of the Agency at his request.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 141-2, un commissaire du Gouvernement est désigné auprès de l’agence de développement touristique de la France par arrêté du ministre chargé du tourisme.


Le commissaire du Gouvernement assiste aux séances du conseil d’administration de l’agence et est entendu chaque fois qu’il le demande.


Dans les dix jours qui suivent la séance, les procès-verbaux des délibérations du conseil d’administration sont notifiés au commissaire du Gouvernement.


Le commissaire du Gouvernement peut assister à sa demande aux instances délibératives et consultatives de l’agence.
