Article R141-9 of the French Sports Code

Referral to the French National Olympic and Sports Committee interrupts the time limit for appeals, in application of article R. 141-8 of this code, only if it is made within the time limit stipulated in the first paragraph of article R. 141-15.

The interruption ends :

– if the application is rejected in application of article R. 141-16 of this code, on the date of notification of this rejection ;

– from the date one of the parties is notified of the other party’s refusal to conciliate, in application of the second paragraph of article R. 141-23 of this code.

Article R141-9

La saisine du Comité national olympique et sportif français n’interrompt le délai de recours contentieux, en application de l’article R. 141-8 du présent code, que si elle est intervenue dans le délai prévu au premier alinéa de l’article R. 141-15.

L’interruption prend fin :

– en cas de rejet de la demande par application de l’article R. 141-16 du présent code à la date de la notification de ce rejet ;

– à compter de la notification à l’une des parties du refus de la conciliation émanant de l’autre partie, en application du deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 141-23 du présent code.
