I.-The national health strategy and the national plans and programmes mentioned in I of article R. 1411-2 will be monitored annually and evaluated over several years to assess the health results obtained and the health, social and economic impact of these plans and programmes in relation to the resources mobilised, and to draw the necessary conclusions for adapting public policies.
The results of the annual monitoring and evaluations are submitted to the National Health Conference and the High Council for Public Health for their opinion, before being made public.
II – The conditions for organising annual monitoring and multi-year evaluations, as well as the methods and estimated amount of their funding, are defined by order of the Ministers for Health and Overseas Territories, when the national health strategy and the plans and programmes mentioned in I of article R. 1411-2 are drawn up, depending on the scale of the resources allocated to the actions and the scale of the economic and social impact expected from their implementation.
