I. – The body referred to in article L. 1411-5-1 is called the Agency System Coordination Committee.
It is chaired by the Director General for Health.
II. – In addition to its Chairman, the Committee comprises nine ex officio members:
1° The Chairman of the Etablissement français du sang ;
2° The Director General of the Agence nationale chargée de la sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail ;
3° The Director General of the National Public Health Agency;
4° The President of the National Cancer Institute;
5° The Director General of the Agence de la biomédecine ;
6° The Director General of the Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé;
7° The President of the Haute Autorité de santé ;
8° The Chairman of the Nuclear Safety Authority;
9° The Director General of the Institut de Radioprotection et de Sûreté Nucléaire.
III. – The following may also take part in Committee meetings, if they so wish, depending on the agenda:
1° The Secretary General of the Ministries responsible for Social Affairs ;
2° The Director of Social Security
3° The Director General of Health Care ;
4° The Director General of Social Cohesion;
5° The Director General of Food;
6° The Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control; and
7° The Director General for Energy and Climate;
8° The Director General for Risk Prevention ;
9° The Director General of Labour
10° The Director General of Armaments;
11° The Director General for Research and Innovation;
12° The Director General for Overseas Territories;
13° Le directeur central du service de santé des armées ;
14° The Chief Executive Officer of the Institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale;
15° The Chairman of the High Council for Public Health;
16° A representative of the Directors General of the Regional Health Agencies, appointed by the College of Directors General of the Regional Health Agencies.
IV. – The Chairman may invite, as and when required by the agenda, any other person whom he or she deems it useful for the Committee to hear.
V. – The members mentioned in I to III may be represented by a member of the management of the body concerned or, where applicable, of its college. The member mentioned in 16° of III may be replaced by another representative appointed under the conditions set out in the same paragraph.
