The elections of staff representatives to the Boards of Directors mentioned in this section are organised in accordance with the following procedures, subject to the provisions of articles R. 1411-58-11 and R. 1411-58-12:
1° In the event of a nominal or multi-member ballot: for each staff representative seat, the candidate and his/her alternate shall be of different genders. If a trade union organisation presents several candidates, the difference between the number of women and the number of men standing as titular candidates may not be greater than one;
2° In the event of a list ballot: each list is made up alternately of one titular candidate of each gender. On each of the lists, the difference between the number of titular candidates of each sex may not be greater than one. Each candidate and his/her alternate shall be of a different sex.
