Article R1412-1-4 of the French Public Health Code

The authorities that appoint the members mentioned in 1° and 3° of the I of article L. 1412-2 and those that propose the members mentioned in 4° to 6°, send the Minister for Health the identity of the members they wish to see renewed, no later than four months before the end of the term of office of the persons concerned.

Les autorités qui désignent les membres mentionnés aux 1° et 3° du I de l’article L. 1412-2 et celles qui proposent les membres mentionnés aux 4° à 6°, transmettent au ministre chargé de la santé l’identité des membres qu’elles souhaitent voir renouveler, au plus tard quatre mois avant la fin du mandat des personnes concernées.
