Article R1412-1-7 of the French Public Health Code

The operations and the result of the drawing of lots are recorded in minutes, signed by the chairman of the committee and by the representative of the Minister for Health.

A copy of these minutes is sent to each of the authorities mentioned in the second paragraph of article R. 1412-1-5, as well as to the Minister for Health.

Les opérations et le résultat du tirage au sort font l’objet d’un procès-verbal, signé par le président du comité et par le représentant du ministre chargé de la santé.

Une copie de ce procès-verbal est transmise à chacune des autorités mentionnées au deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 1412-1-5, ainsi qu’au ministre chargé de la santé.
