Article R1412-1-6 of the French Public Health Code

The number of ballot papers to be drawn up is equal to the number of persons still to be designated by the authorities mentioned in the second paragraph of article R. 1412-1-5.

The number of ballot papers marked “woman” and the number marked “man” is determined so that the parity rule defined in III of article L. 1412-2 is complied with, depending on the number of women and men remaining to be appointed, taking into account the renewals of outgoing members.

Le nombre de bulletins à établir est égal au nombre de personnes restant à désigner par les autorités mentionnées au deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 1412-1-5.

Le nombre de bulletins portant la mention “femme” et le nombre de bulletins portant la mention “homme” est déterminé de sorte que la règle de parité définie au III de l’article L. 1412-2 soit respectée, en fonction du nombre de femmes et d’hommes qu’il reste à désigner compte tenu des renouvellements des membres sortants.
