Article R1413-24 of the French Public Health Code

The Ethics and Professional Conduct Committee elects its Chairman from among its members. It defines its operating procedures in accordance with the school’s internal regulations and the resources allocated to it. It informs the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer.

The Committee shall have access to all information held by the Agency necessary for the exercise of its powers.

The Chief Executive Officer shall provide the Committee with the resources it needs to operate under the conditions laid down in the decisions of the Board of Directors and shall take the decisions he deems appropriate to implement its opinions and recommendations.

Le comité d’éthique et de déontologie élit son président parmi ses membres. Il définit ses modalités de fonctionnement dans le respect du règlement intérieur de l’établissement et des moyens qui lui sont attribués. Il en informe le conseil d’administration et le directeur général.

Le comité a accès à toutes les informations détenues par l’agence nécessaires à l’exercice de ses compétences.

Le directeur général met à la disposition du comité les moyens nécessaires à son fonctionnement dans les conditions prévues par les délibérations du conseil d’administration et prend les décisions qu’il estime appropriées pour la mise en œuvre de ses avis et recommandations.
