Article R1413-34 of the French Public Health Code

The communication to the Agence nationale de santé publique, in application of article L. 1413-8, of information covered by medical or industrial secrecy is subject to a written and reasoned request from its Director General.

The Director General shall designate the person authorised within the National Public Health Agency to receive this information. The request must state the person’s name, administrative address and e-mail address.

In the case of information covered by medical confidentiality, the person designated is a doctor.

La communication à l’Agence nationale de santé publique, en application de l’article L. 1413-8, d’informations couvertes par le secret médical ou industriel fait l’objet d’une demande écrite et motivée de son directeur général.

Celui-ci désigne la personne qui est habilitée au sein de l’Agence nationale de santé publique à recevoir ces informations. La demande mentionne son nom, ainsi que ses adresses administrative et électronique.

S’il s’agit d’informations couvertes par le secret médical, la personne désignée est un médecin.
