When the transmission of the individual information mentioned in Articles L. 1413-6, L. 1413-7 and L. 1413-8 is essential for the members of the national public health network to carry out their mission to support the National Public Health Agency as provided for in 1° of Article L. 1413-3, healthcare professionals shall transmit this information to the members designated by the Director General of the Agency, in accordance with the procedures laid down in Articles R. 1413-38 and R. 1413-39.
Lorsque la transmission d’informations individuelles mentionnées aux articles L. 1413-6, L. 1413-7 et L. 1413-8 est indispensable aux membres du réseau national de santé publique pour l’exercice de leur mission d’appui à l’Agence nationale de santé publique prévue par le 1° de l’article L. 1413-3, les professionnels de santé transmettent ces informations aux membres désignés par le directeur général de l’agence, selon les modalités prévues aux articles R. 1413-38 et R. 1413-39.
