Article R1413-41 of the French Public Health Code

The Agency shall make available to the Minister for Labour and the other Ministers responsible for occupational risk prevention, as well as to the Advisory Council on Working Conditions, the information and observations on workers’ health necessary for defining and implementing occupational risk prevention policy. These data are collected each year and drawn up in accordance with the procedures defined by agreement between the State, represented by the ministers concerned, and the Agency, after deliberation by the Board of Directors.

L’agence met à la disposition du ministre chargé du travail et des autres ministres chargés de la prévention des risques professionnels ainsi qu’à la disposition du conseil d’orientation sur les conditions de travail les informations et observations sur la santé des travailleurs nécessaires à la définition et à la conduite de la politique de prévention des risques professionnels. Ces données sont collectées chaque année et établies selon des modalités définies par voie de convention passée entre l’Etat, représenté par les ministres concernés, et l’agence, après délibération du conseil d’administration.
