In order to ensure that the National Public Health Agency carries out its duties in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the Director General of the Agency shall sign an agreement with the Prefect of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon specifying, in particular, the terms and conditions of the Agency’s involvement as set out in Article R. 1413-44.
Pour assurer l’exercice des missions de l’Agence nationale de santé publique à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, le directeur général de l’agence signe avec le préfet de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon une convention précisant notamment les modalités d’intervention de l’agence prévues à l’article R. 1413-44.
