Article R1416-4 of the French Public Health Code

On the proposal of the Chairman and with the agreement of two-thirds of its members, the Board meets in restricted formation on a specific agenda. The restricted formation includes at least one member from each of the categories listed in article R. 1416-17.

Sur proposition du président et avec l’accord des deux tiers de ses membres, le conseil est réuni en formation restreinte sur un ordre du jour déterminé. La formation restreinte comprend au moins un membre de chacune des catégories énumérées à l’article R. 1416-17.
