Article R1418-16 of the French Public Health Code

At the request of the ministers responsible for research or health, the Director General shall provide them with any information and carry out any report or study falling within the Agency’s remit. Such information, reports or studies shall be submitted to the Advisory Board for its opinion, where they fall within the scope of the latter’s remit, as provided for in article L. 1418-4.

Article R1418-16

A la demande des ministres chargés de la recherche ou de la santé, le directeur général leur communique toute information et réalise tout rapport ou étude entrant dans le domaine de compétence de l’agence. Ces informations, rapports ou études sont soumis à l’avis du conseil d’orientation, lorsqu’ils entrent dans le champ de compétence de celui-ci, tel que prévu à l’article L. 1418-4.
