Article R1418-2 of the French Public Health Code

In order to monitor, evaluate and, where necessary, control the medical and biological activities provided for in 4° of Article L. 1418-1, the Agency shall carry out a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the information it has on these activities and on the techniques used, including therapeutic alternatives to transplantation, as well as an analysis of the results obtained.

Article R1418-2

Afin d’assurer le suivi, l’évaluation et, le cas échéant, le contrôle des activités médicales et biologiques prévus au 4° de l’article L. 1418-1, l’agence procède à l’analyse quantitative et qualitative des informations dont elle dispose sur ces activités et sur les techniques utilisées, y compris les alternatives thérapeutiques à la greffe, ainsi qu’à celle des résultats obtenus.
