Article R1418-29 of the French Public Health Code

In addition to the global grant provided for in Article L. 1418-7, the Agency’s resources include :

1° Endowments, subsidies and other payments from public authorities and all national and international public and private bodies;

2° Proceeds from the shareholdings referred to in 12° of article R. 1418-13;

3° Remuneration for services rendered;

4° Proceeds from taxes and charges levied in its favour;

5° Loans contracted by the Agency;

6° Interest and repayments on loans and advances granted;

7° Proceeds from the sale of assets;

8° Income from patents and inventions;

9° Income from movable or immovable property;

10° Donations and legacies and, in general, all income authorised by the law and regulations in force.

Outre la dotation globale prévue à l’article L. 1418-7, les ressources de l’agence comprennent :

1° Les dotations, subventions et autres versements des collectivités publiques et de tous les organismes publics et privés, nationaux et internationaux ;

2° Le produit des participations mentionnées au 12° de l’article R. 1418-13 ;

3° Les rémunérations des services rendus ;

4° Le produit des taxes fiscales et redevances instituées à son profit ;

5° Les emprunts contractés par l’agence ;

6° Le produit des intérêts et des remboursements des prêts et avances consentis ;

7° Le produit des cessions d’actifs ;

8° Les revenus tirés des brevets et inventions ;

9° Les revenus de biens meubles ou immeubles ;

10° Les dons et legs et, d’une manière générale, toutes les recettes autorisées par la loi et les règlements en vigueur.
