Article R142-14 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Immediately after the expiry of the deadline set for the submission of candidatures, the Committee shall draw up a final list of the candidatures accepted. It shall submit the list to the Governor, who shall immediately notify the staff of the list.

Candidates may send in nomination papers for posting or distribution in each administrative unit in accordance with the procedures laid down by the Committee.

Article R142-14

La commission arrête définitivement, immédiatement après l’expiration du délai fixé pour le dépôt des candidatures, la liste de celles qui sont reconnues recevables. Elle la remet au gouverneur, qui notifie sans délai cette liste au personnel.

Les candidats peuvent adresser des professions de foi, en vue de leur affichage ou de leur diffusion dans chaque unité administrative selon des modalités arrêtées par la commission.
