Article R142-16 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The committee shall draw up and submit to the Governor a report showing the name of the elected official and, where appropriate, a report setting out the complaints signed by one or more electors and addressed to the committee and the observations made by each member of the committee and, where appropriate, those of the candidates.

La commission établit et remet au gouverneur un procès-verbal faisant apparaître le nom de l’agent élu et éventuellement un rapport dans lequel sont mentionnées les réclamations signées par un ou plusieurs électeurs et adressées à la commission et les observations formulées par chacun des membres de la commission, ainsi que, le cas échéant, celles des candidats.
