Article R142-27 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Observatory adopts its rules of procedure by an absolute majority of its members. These rules shall stipulate the frequency of meetings, which may not be less than two per year. The Observatory is convened by its Chairman. Its meetings are not public.

Each year, it submits a report to the Minister for the Economy and to Parliament, adopted by an absolute majority of its members. This report shall be made public within two months of its submission.

L’observatoire adopte un règlement intérieur à la majorité absolue de ses membres. Ce règlement prévoit la fréquence des réunions, qui ne peut être inférieure à deux réunions par an. L’observatoire est convoqué par son président. Ses réunions ne sont pas publiques.

Il remet, chaque année, au ministre chargé de l’économie, ainsi qu’au Parlement, un rapport adopté à la majorité absolue de ses membres. Ce rapport est rendu public dans les deux mois suivant sa remise.
