May access, by reason of their duties and within the limits of the need to know, all or part of the personal data and information mentioned in the annexe 4, officers from the central directorate of the border police, departmental prefectures and the police prefecture, individually designated and authorised by the central director of the border police or, where applicable, by officers designated by him.

Peuvent accéder, à raison de leurs attributions et dans la limite du besoin d’en connaître, à tout ou partie des données à caractère personnel et informations mentionnées à l’annexe 4, les agents de la direction centrale de la police aux frontières, des préfectures de département et de la préfecture de police, individuellement désignés et habilités par le directeur central de la police aux frontières ou, le cas échéant, par les agents qu’il désigne.
