Article R142-36 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Authorised access to the data mentioned in Article R. 142-35, with the exception of biometric data, is granted to agents of the French Office for Immigration and Integration responsible for implementing the assisted return scheme, individually designated and specially authorised for this purpose by the Director General of this Office.
