With the exception of those mentioned in this article, DNA processing data shall not be transferred or interconnected, linked or reconciled with any other processing.
The civil status data of the asylum seeker and the data relating to the administrative situation of the asylum seeker mentioned in I and II of Annex 7 are transmitted to the French Office for Immigration and Integration via the AGDREF2 application, implemented by the General Directorate for Foreigners in France of the Ministry of the Interior.
These same data are transmitted to the health staff of the French Office for Immigration and Integration via the DNA processing system when the Office’s doctor is asked to issue an opinion under the conditions set out in article R. 522-2.
The transmissions mentioned in article R. 142-54 are made by secure electronic means, using methods that guarantee the confidentiality of the data transmitted.
The French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons keeps the data and information mentioned in A of III of the annexe 7, transmitted in application of 3° of article R. 142-54. They are updated in this processing system when new information is provided by the applicant or the Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration.
