Article R142-9 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The councillor representing the staff must be elected from among the members of staff who are eligible to vote, provided that :

1° In the case of permanent staff, they must have reached the age of majority and must not be on national service leave, mobilised or seconded with or without pay;

2° Non-tenured employees of the Banque de France must have been recruited for at least one year before polling day.

Le conseiller représentant le personnel doit être élu parmi les agents ayant la qualité d’électeur, sous réserve :

1° Pour les agents titulaires, qu’ils soient majeurs et ne soient pas placés en disponibilité pour service national, mobilisés ou détachés avec ou sans traitement ;

2° Pour les agents non titulaires de la Banque de France, qu’ils aient été recrutés depuis un an au moins au jour du scrutin.
