Article R1423-24 of the French Labour Code

The minutes of the general meeting are drawn up, under the responsibility of the chairman, by the registrar. The chairman sends them to the first president of the court of appeal and to the public prosecutor at the court of appeal within fifteen days.

Le procès-verbal de l’assemblée générale est établi, sous la responsabilité du président, par le directeur de greffe. Le président le transmet au premier président de la cour d’appel et au procureur général près la cour d’appel dans un délai de quinze jours.
