Article R1423-28 of the French Labour Code

The rules of procedure are displayed on the premises of the industrial tribunal.
They may be amended by the general meeting convened pursuant to article R. 1423-23 and, where applicable, by the restricted panel or the persons mentioned in article R. 1423-27. In this case, the time limits stipulated in the first paragraph of article R. 1423-25 and in the seventh paragraph of article R. 1423-27 are reduced to one month and fifteen days respectively.

Le règlement intérieur est affiché dans les locaux du conseil de prud’hommes.
Il peut être modifié par l’assemblée générale réunie en application de l’article R. 1423-23 et, le cas échéant, par la formation restreinte ou les personnes mentionnées à l’article R. 1423-27. Dans ce cas, le délai prévu au premier alinéa de l’article R. 1423-25 et celui prévu au septième alinéa de l’article R. 1423-27 sont respectivement réduits à un mois et à quinze jours.
