Article R1423-38 of the French Labour Code

The director of the registry manages the registry’s staff. He allocates and assigns them to the council’s departments.

In the industrial tribunals mentioned in the second paragraph of article L. 123-1 of the Code of Judicial Organisation, the distribution and assignment of staff is carried out in accordance with the provisions of article R. 123-16 of the same code.

Le directeur de greffe gère le personnel du greffe. Il le répartit et l’affecte dans les services du conseil.

Dans les conseils de prud’hommes mentionnés au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 123-1 du code de l’organisation judiciaire , la répartition et l’affectation du personnel sont réalisées conformément aux dispositions de l’article R. 123-16 de ce même code.
