Depending on the needs of the department, court registrars may be delegated to the departments of another industrial tribunal within the jurisdiction of the same court of appeal.
This delegation is decided by the heads of court after consultation with the chairman of the council, the vice-chairman and the registrar. It may not exceed four months.
Where the member of staff is delegated to the departments of another Council with its registered office within the jurisdiction of the same judicial court, the heads of court may renew the delegation for periods not exceeding four months, provided that the total duration of the delegation does not exceed twelve months.
Where a member of staff is delegated to the departments of a court with its seat within the jurisdiction of another judicial court, the heads of court may renew the delegation for a period not exceeding two months. The delegation may be renewed again, for periods not exceeding two months, by decision of the Minister of Justice, without the total duration of the delegation exceeding twelve months.
An annual written report on the delegations granted within the jurisdiction of the court of appeal is presented to the technical committee of the decentralised department attached to the first president of this court.
Agents delegated to another court receive allowances under the conditions laid down for civil servants.
