Article R1424-20-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Placed under the authority of the departmental director of fire and rescue services, the agents occupying the posts mentioned in 3° and 4° of article R. 1424-19 ensure the management of their sub-directorates and groupings under the conditions defined by the operational regulations referred to in Article R. 1424-42 and by the internal regulations provided for in Article R. 1424-22.

Placés sous l’autorité du directeur départemental des services d’incendie et de secours, les agents occupant les emplois mentionnés au 3° et au 4° de l’article R. 1424-19 assurent l’encadrement de leurs sous-directions et groupements dans les conditions définies par le règlement opérationnel mentionné à l’article R. 1424-42 et par le règlement intérieur prévu à l’article R. 1424-22.
