Article R1424-57 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For the application to the Rhône department and the Lyon metropolitan area of Chapter V “External fire defence” of Title II of Book II of Part Two:

1° The words: “departmental fire and rescue service” are replaced by the words: “departmental-metropolitan fire and rescue service. “;

2° For the metropolis of Lyon, the words: “president of the public establishment for intercommunal cooperation with its own tax status” are replaced by the words: “president of the council of the metropolis of Lyon”;

3° In II of Article R. 2225-3, the words: “risk analysis and coverage plan defined in Article L. 1424-7” are replaced by the words: “risk analysis and coverage plan defined in Article L. 1424-70”.

Pour l’application au département du Rhône et à la métropole de Lyon du chapitre V “ Défense extérieure contre l’incendie ” du titre II du livre II de la deuxième partie :

1° Les mots : “ service départemental d’incendie et de secours ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ service départemental-métropolitain d’incendie et de secours. ” ;

2° Pour la métropole de Lyon, les mots : “ président de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ président du conseil de la métropole de Lyon ” ;

3° Au II de l’article R. 2225-3, les mots : “ schéma d’analyse et de couverture des risques défini à l’article L. 1424-7 ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ schéma d’analyse et de couverture des risques défini à l’article L. 1424-70 ”.
