The lists of candidates shall include as many names of full members as there are seats to be filled. Each candidature for a titular seat is accompanied by the candidature of a substitute.
Lists of candidates are filed with the Chairman of the Board of Directors on a date set by the latter. No list may be amended after this date, except in the event of death or ineligibility.
Les listes de candidats comprennent autant de noms de titulaires qu’il y a de sièges à pourvoir. Chaque candidature à un siège de titulaire est assortie de la candidature d’un suppléant.
Les listes de candidats sont déposées auprès du président du conseil d’administration à une date fixée par celui-ci. Aucune liste ne peut être modifiée après cette date, sauf en cas de décès ou d’inéligibilité.
