In the light of the final report provided for in article R. 1425-16, the prefect shall determine and notify the department, the municipality or the public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation concerned of the amount of compulsory expenditure.

Au vu du constat définitif prévu à l’article R. 1425-16, le préfet arrête et notifie au département, à la commune ou à l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale concernés le montant des dépenses obligatoires.
