Article R1425-8 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Voters vote for a complete list, without adding or deleting names and without changing the order of presentation.

Each ballot paper is inserted in a double envelope: the inner envelope bears no mention or distinctive sign; the outer envelope bears the words “Elections of representatives of communes and public establishments of inter-communal cooperation to the departmental consultative commission”, an indication of the name and capacity of the voter, and his signature.

The costs of organising the elections are borne by the departmental fire and rescue service.

Les électeurs votent pour une liste complète, sans adjonction ni suppression de noms et sans modification de l’ordre de présentation.

Chaque bulletin de vote est inséré sous double enveloppe : l’enveloppe intérieure ne comporte aucune mention ni signe distinctif ; l’enveloppe extérieure porte la mention “Elections des représentants des communes et des établissements publics de coopération intercommunale à la commission consultative départemental “, l’indication du nom et de la qualité de l’électeur, ainsi que sa signature.

Les frais d’organisation des élections sont à la charge du service départemental d’incendie et de secours.
