Article R1432-73 of the French Public Health Code

The Agency and Working Conditions Committee’s resources for social and cultural activities are made up of :

1° The contribution paid by the agency for the operation of the agency’s social institutions which are not at its expense pursuant to a legislative or regulatory provision;

2° The compulsory reimbursement by the agency of insurance premiums payable by the Agency and Working Conditions Committee to cover its civil liability;

3° Voluntary contributions made by employees of the agency, the conditions and effects of which may be determined by the Agency and Working Conditions Committee;

4° Donations and legacies;

5° Income from events organised by the Agency and Working Conditions Committee;

6° Income from the Committee’s movable and immovable property.

Les ressources du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail en matière d’activités sociales et culturelles sont constituées par :

1° La contribution versée par l’agence pour le fonctionnement des institutions sociales de l’agence qui ne sont pas à sa charge en application d’une disposition législative ou réglementaire ;

2° Le remboursement obligatoire par l’agence des primes d’assurance dues par le comité d’agence et des conditions de travail pour couvrir sa responsabilité civile ;

3° Les cotisations facultatives des agents de l’agence dont le comité d’agence et des conditions de travail fixe éventuellement les conditions de perception et les effets ;

4° Les dons et les legs ;

5° Les recettes procurées par les manifestations organisées par le comité d’agence et des conditions de travail ;

6° Les revenus des biens meubles et immeubles du comité.
