Article R1432-75 of the French Public Health Code

At the end of each year, the Agency and Working Conditions Committee draws up a detailed report on its financial management.

Employees are informed of this report by posting it on the notice boards reserved for trade union communications.

This report shall indicate, in particular

1° The amount of the committee’s resources ;

2° The amount of expenditure either for its own operation, or for that of the social and cultural activities dependent on it or the inter-company committees in which it participates. Each of the social institutions is the subject of a separate budget.

The balance sheet drawn up by the committee is approved by a statutory auditor for agencies that meet the conditions set out in the first and second paragraphs of article D. 221-5 of the French Commercial Code.

1° Le montant des ressources du comité ;
