Article R1435-25 of the French Public Health Code

Each year, before 1st March, the interministerial decree referred to in the second paragraph of article L. 1435-10 sets the amount of funding allocated to each regional health agency, after consulting the National Steering Committee of the Regional Health Agencies. It specifies for each region the amount of the credits mentioned in a and b of article L. 1435-9.

Additional appropriations may be allocated during the year, under the same conditions as those set out in the previous paragraph.

In the absence of a supplementary budget adopted in accordance with the conditions laid down in article R. 1432-56, the regional health agencies may commit, liquidate and make payment of appropriations up to a monthly limit of one twelfth of the amount allocated the previous year under the first paragraph.

Article R1435-25

Chaque année, avant le 1er mars, l’arrêté interministériel mentionné au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 1435-10 fixe, après avis du Conseil national de pilotage des agences régionales de santé, le montant des crédits attribués à chaque agence régionale de santé. Il précise pour chaque région le montant des crédits mentionnés aux a et b de l’article L. 1435-9.

Des dotations complémentaires peuvent être attribuées en cours d’année, dans les mêmes conditions que celles prévues à l’alinéa précédent.

En l’absence de budget annexe adopté dans les conditions fixées par l’article R. 1432-56, les agences régionales de santé peuvent engager, liquider et mettre au paiement des crédits dans la limite mensuelle du douzième du montant attribué l’année précédente au titre du premier alinéa.
