Article R1442-22-15 of the French Labour Code

When a matter is referred to it pursuant to Article L. 1442-16, the Chairman of the Commission shall rule by order issued within ten days of the matter being referred to it. The Chairman’s decision is immediately enforceable.

Lorsqu’il est saisi en application de l’article L. 1442-16, le président de la commission statue par ordonnance rendue dans les dix jours de sa saisine. La décision du président est immédiatement exécutoire.
