Article R1442-22-16 of the French Labour Code

The decisions of the commission and the orders of its chairman are notified by any means giving a certain date to the industrial tribunal member in question. They are brought to the attention of the Minister of Justice, the First President of the Court of Appeal and the President of the industrial tribunal.

The time limit for lodging an appeal is ten days from the date of receipt of the notification. The appeal is lodged and heard in accordance with the provisions of articles 974 to 982 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Les décisions de la commission et les ordonnances de son président sont notifiées par tout moyen conférant date certaine à cette notification au conseiller prud’homme mis en cause. Elles sont portées à la connaissance du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, du premier président de la cour d’appel et du président du conseil des prud’hommes.


Le délai de pourvoi est de dix jours à compter de la date de réception de la notification. Le pourvoi est formé et instruit conformément aux dispositions des articles 974 à 982 du code de procédure civile.
