The Specialised Commission on Mental Health comprises no more than fifteen members elected from the plenary assembly of the Regional Conference on Health and Autonomy referred to in Article D. 1446-8, including :
a) No more than two members from the college mentioned in 1° of the same article ;
b) No more than two members from the college mentioned in 2° of the same article;
c) A maximum of nine members from the three colleges mentioned in 6°, 5° and 4° of the same article;
d) One representative of the State and one representative of the Mayotte Social Security Fund.
The rules of procedure of the Regional Conference on Health and Autonomy specify the organisation and operation of the specialised mental health commission.
