The information mentioned in 1° and 2° of article L. 145-40-2 shall be communicated to the lessee within two months of each three-yearly due date. At the lessee’s request, the lessor shall provide the lessee with any document justifying the cost of the work.
Les informations mentionnées aux 1° et 2° de l’article L. 145-40-2 sont communiquées au locataire dans le délai de deux mois à compter de chaque échéance triennale. A la demande du locataire, le bailleur lui communique tout document justifiant le montant de ces travaux.
