Where the authority or body has an ethics committee, the report referred to in the second paragraph of II of article L. 1451-4 shall take account of the opinions, recommendations and reports drawn up by this committee.

Lorsque l’autorité ou l’organisme est doté d’un comité chargé de la déontologie, le rapport mentionné au deuxième alinéa du II de l’article L. 1451-4 tient compte des avis, recommandations et rapports élaborés par ce comité.
