Where all the parties appearing make their claims in writing and are assisted or represented by a lawyer, they are required, in their pleadings, to expressly state the claims and the pleas in fact and in law on which each of these claims is based, with an indication for each claim of the documents relied upon. A list of the documents supporting these claims is attached to the pleadings. The claims are summarised in the operative part. The court sitting in chambers or the summary proceedings panel shall rule only on the claims set out in the operative part. In their last submissions, the parties must repeat the claims and pleas presented or relied upon in their previous submissions. If they fail to do so, they shall be deemed to have abandoned them and a decision shall be taken only on the last submissions communicated.
