Article R1454-15 of the French Labour Code

The total amount of the provisions allocated in application of 2° of article R. 1454-14 is calculated by the conciliation and referral office. It may not exceed six months’ salary calculated on the average of the last three months’ salary.
The conciliation and referral office may provisionally liquidate the penalty payments it has ordered.
When the article mentioned in the first paragraph is applied, the meetings of the conciliation and referral office are public.

Article R1454-15

Le montant total des provisions allouées en application du 2° de l’article R. 1454-14 est chiffré par le bureau de conciliation et d’orientation. Il ne peut excéder six mois de salaire calculés sur la moyenne des trois derniers mois de salaire.
Le bureau de conciliation et d’orientation peut liquider, à titre provisoire, les astreintes qu’il a ordonnées.
Lorsqu’il est fait application de l’article mentionné au premier alinéa, les séances du bureau de conciliation et d’orientation sont publiques.
