Article R1454-22 of the French Labour Code

When the parties reach a settlement, even in part, the adjudicating court will record the content of the agreement in a report.
Where appropriate, the minutes shall state that the agreement has been implemented in whole or in part immediately before the court.

Lorsque les parties se concilient, même partiellement, le bureau de jugement constate dans un procès-verbal la teneur de l’accord intervenu.
S’il y a lieu, le procès-verbal précise que l’accord a fait l’objet en tout ou partie d’une exécution immédiate devant le bureau de jugement.
