Article R1462-1 of the French Public Health Code

The public interest grouping referred to in Article L. 1462-1 is subject to State economic and financial control under the conditions laid down by Articles 5 to 8 of Decree No. 55-733 of 26 May 1955 on State economic and financial control and by this section.

This control is exercised by an auditing body appointed by order of the ministers responsible for the economy and the budget.

For the application of the provisions of this section, the authority responsible for the audit is understood to be the head of the mission and the members of the mission within the limits of the tasks delegated to them by the head of the mission.

Article R1462-1

Le groupement d’intérêt public mentionné à l’article L. 1462-1 est soumis au contrôle économique et financier de l’Etat dans les conditions fixées par les articles 5 à 8 du décret n° 55-733 du 26 mai 1955 relatif au contrôle économique et financier de l’Etat et par la présente section.

Ce contrôle est exercé par une mission de contrôle désignée par arrêté des ministres chargés de l’économie et du budget.

Pour l’application des dispositions de la présente section, l’autorité chargée du contrôle s’entend du responsable de la mission et des membres de celle-ci dans la limite des tâches qu’il leur délègue.
