When the agenda of the governing body includes the examination of the initial budget, an amending budget or the financial account, the supervisory authority shall receive, ten days before the documents necessary for this examination are sent to the members of the governing body. After the budget has been voted, it shall receive a detailed breakdown of appropriations and estimates of revenue and expenditure.
