If it appears to the supervisory authority that a decision jeopardises the existence or proper functioning of the Grouping, it shall inform the Director of the Grouping. The latter shall indicate the measures he intends to take to restore the situation.

The supervisory authority shall inform the ministers responsible for the economy and the budget and, where appropriate, the other ministers concerned, of the situation and the measures proposed by the grouping’s director.

Article R1462-6

S’il apparaît à l’autorité chargée du contrôle qu’une décision met en jeu l’existence ou le bon fonctionnement du groupement, elle en informe le directeur du groupement. Celui-ci indique les mesures qu’il entend prendre pour rétablir la situation.

L’autorité chargée du contrôle informe les ministres chargés de l’économie et du budget, ainsi que, le cas échéant, les autres ministres intéressés, de la situation et des mesures proposées par le directeur du groupement.
