Article R1462-2 of the French Public Health Code

When the agenda of the governing body includes the examination of the initial budget, an amending budget or the financial account, the supervisory authority shall receive, ten days before the documents necessary for this examination are sent to the members of the governing body.

After the budget has been voted, it shall receive a detailed breakdown of appropriations and estimates of revenue and expenditure.

Lorsque l’ordre du jour de l’organe délibérant comprend l’examen du budget initial, d’un budget rectificatif ou du compte financier, l’autorité chargée du contrôle est destinataire, dix jours avant l’envoi aux membres de l’organe délibérant, des documents nécessaires à cet examen.

Elle est destinataire, après le vote du budget, d’une répartition détaillée des crédits et des prévisions de recettes et des emplois.
