In order to carry out its duties, the supervisory authority shall have access to all documents relating to the activity and management of the grouping. The ministers responsible for the economy and the budget shall establish by decree the list of documents that must be sent to it, as well as the frequency and methods of such transmission.
The supervisory authority may, after consulting the Grouping’s Director, decide, depending on the Grouping’s situation and in particular the quality of internal control, to replace the prior opinion procedure provided for in article R. 1462-3 with the information procedure provided for in the previous paragraph.
It may, under the same conditions, re-implement the procedure defined in article R. 1462-3.
