Article R15-33-29-22 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The jury for the technical examination is formed by the committee referred to in article R. 15-33-29-19. The members of the committee or their alternates called upon to make up the jury must sit for the entire duration of the examination.

The jury draws up the list of candidates who have passed the technical examination.

Le jury de l’examen technique est constitué par la commission mentionnée à l’article R. 15-33-29-19. Les membres de la commission ou leurs suppléants appelés à composer le jury doivent siéger pendant toute la durée de l’examen.

Le jury établit la liste des candidats ayant satisfait à l’examen technique.
